As a child growing up in the Rebbe’s neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York, Rabbi Eli Rosenfeld would spend hours listening to the Rebbe’s talks in Yiddish. Though he did not grasp the profundity of the Rebbe’s words then, they shaped the course of his life. As a rabbinical student, Rabbi Eli apprenticed in Portugal where there was not yet a permanent Chabad presence. He maintained connections with the Jews he met then and on subsequent visits, eventually settling there in 2010 after his marriage to Raizel. Rabbi Dovid Weinbaum

Rabbi Dovid Weinbaum grew up in London, England, in a family dedicated to Jewish Education. He completed his high school and college studies in Amherst, Toronto, and New York and dedicated each of his summer months to helping children at various camps by serving as a learning teacher, counselor, lifeguard and teacher. His rapport with youth was quickly recognized, and he joined the team at the renowned Jewish Expo, a traveling museum going across the United States and Canada. He later became youth director at a San Diego Community Center, where he directed dozens of kids and teens’ programs and services. Dovid soon moved on to the famed Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn, NY, serving as a game show host, building manager and extracurricular programs director. He directed and produced the acclaimed live Chanukah show, “Maccabees,” and directed the Passover show, “Exodus.” In December of 2008, he relocated to Montreal, becoming the Youth Director at the Montreal Torah Center. Using his innovative ideas and vast experience, he created meaningful and engaging programming for kids, teens, and adults. He directed the Living Legacy team, leading hundreds of workshops and programs that have amazed tens of thousands of children in the Greater Montreal Area. Dovid moved with his family to Dix Hills, NY in 2014 and continues to dedicate himself to making Judaism exciting and modern with pioneering initiatives. He currently is the director of CTeen, West Suffolk and Co-Rabbi at The Chai Center in Dix Hills.

Born and Raised in El Paso, TX, Rabbi Greenberg has studied in prestigious Yeshivas in Chicago, Detroit and Israel. For three years he taught and studied across the globe, in LA, Brazil and Ukraine. While studying in Lubavitch World Headquarters in 770 he received Rabbinical ordination from Rabbi Yeruslavsky in Israel.
In 2018 he and his wife Chaya have established Chabad of Wichita and Rural Kansas. he is passionate about bringing Judaism to life for teens in the area.

Rabbi Moshe Teldon

Moshe Teldon is a veteran volunteer of global Jewish community work. As a young adult, he spent his summers as a counselor ​in Jewish camps ​around the world.​ ​Hailing from Long Island, Rabbi Teldon has served communities in Ireland, Poland, ​and ​Nepal, and has assisted in many educational and holiday inititiatives. In addition to receiving his rabbinic ordination at the Central Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim in Brooklyn, Rabbi Teldon is also trained in the cantorial arts and serves as his community's chazzan. Mrs. Rochel Flikshtein

Rochel and Rabbi Motti both graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yeshiva University in New York and Rabbi Motti went on to receive his Rabbinical ordination from the Rabbinical College of America. They moved to Delaware with their six children and became the local Chabad's youth and family program directors in 2010. In addition to mentoring youth in their community, they have led two of CTeen International's summer travel camps, and currently direct their local CTeen chapter and JText program.
